Please read through these policies carefully!! Failure to comply will result in being banned from rebooking or loss of an appointment :( MASKS *Updated* If you have traveled outside of the country within the past 2 weeks please wear a mask. If you do not have one, I will always have extras. Masks are no longer mandatory, however, if you’re feeling unwell or have been exposed to COVID-19 I ask that you cancel your appointment until you feel better/test negative. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING I understand emergencies happen, however, please try to communicate cancellations ASAP. Clients who constantly cancel last minute and any no call no shows will be banned from rebooking. I ask that any rescheduling be made a minimum of 3 days prior to your appointment to allow enough time to fill in your existing appointment time. CONFIRMATION Appointments must be confirmed (it’ll be sent to the # provided 48 hours prior) within 24 hours or your appointment will be cancelled and the slot will be open to book by other clients. Since I don’t take deposits, I rely on confirmations to verify you’re going to show up PAYMENT Cash is greatly appreciated, but if you're unable to provide it, I can also take Venmo and Zelle. Please try to bring exact change as for I may not always have change on hand. NO EXTRA GUESTS/BEING PICKED UP Since I lash inside my home, I ask that I only have 1 person in my home at the time. Let me know if you have a ride that needs to be notified in order for you to be picked up so that you can call them when your set is close to being finished. CONSENT FORM (New Clients Only) You must sign the consent/policy form that was sent to the email you entered when confirming your appointment or else your appointment will be forfeited. This should be sent to you 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. ALLERGIC REACTIONS Anybody can become allergic to lash extension adhesive at any time. Please let me know if you're experiencing an allergic reaction so we can assess whether to remove them or not. LATE ARRIVALS I only have a grace period of 10 minutes, because I am often booked back to back in order to fit as many people as I can throughout the day. If you come any later than 10 minutes your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled. REFUNDS/FALL OUT Due to the expenses of materials and my time I will not be providing refunds for services. If you are unsatisfied with your lashes, please let me know within 24 hours so that I can make them right for you! If your lashes seem to be falling at an excessive amount within the first 3 days (Ex: 40% have fallen off in a day), please let me know ASAP so that we can fill them in for you for free. AFTERCARE You are responsible for your lashes after you leave. Please wash them once a day in order to prevent any buildup and prevent the risk of styes and lash mites. FILLS I unfortunately do not offer foreign fills. Fills can only be done at a maximum of 3 weeks. You must also have at least 50% of your lashes in order for me to fill them. Anything more than that will be considered a full set as for it’ll take me more time. Please let me know prior to your appointment if you’ll need a full set or not PARENTAL CONSENT If you are under the age of 16 a parental consent form must be signed in order for me to accept your appointment. MY DOG There’s a Dog in my home. Her name’s Joli ❤︎ She is up to date with her shots and does not bite. She is extremely kind. If you have an allergy to dogs/religious restrictions please let me know ahead of time so I can do my best to accommodate you.
